Travel Post: Antique Haul! (Instagrams)

So I've been travelling through the maritimes (if you don't know what the maritime provinces are, they are Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and PEI) since Tuesday, and I thought I would share with you all my little Antique Haul! I love visiting antique shops!! You never know what little gems you will find

These are the old Red Rose Tea figurines! Little Red Riding Hood and her wolves :) I just love them!

An Enesco owl!! How darling!

A really tiny owl

Two wooden bat salt & pepper shakers

I just love all of them! I'll share more collecting with you when I get home! For now, I am travelling to a maritime university to study French in total immersion for 5 weeks as part of the Explore program. I've been away from home for a measly 4 nights and I already miss my little puppers to death. Here's a picture of him from before I left home:

"Don't leave, mama!!"

Oh, my little angel!! I miss him so much! What a sook! Haha! :)

I hope everyone enjoyed their Friday!! What are you reading this weekend??

Happy reading!

  1. I love antique shopping too! For some reason the smell of antique stores always makes me happy too haha. For your haul, I think my favorite is probably the Red Riding Hood and her woles - very cute!

Your little puppers is addorable! I know I always feel so sad whenever I have to leave my cat for extended periods of time. :(

Hope you have fun on your trip! And good luck learning French too.

  2. 5. Bangladesh has numerous sources of natural beauty, marvelous places and sceneries. Miles of golden sands, towering cliffs, surfing waves, colorful rare conch shells and tribes, delightful sea-food, Buddhist temples, ponderous pagodas —all this makes Cox’s bazaar the tourist capital of Bangladesh. The World's longest unbroken (120 km) natural sandy sea beach slopes here gently down to the blue waters of the Bay of Bengal. Against the picturesque background of a chain of forested hills with rich wildlife made this beach as one of the most attractive tourist spot in the world.
